August (2013) . . . "Two Irish Runs with DCI in the middle" . . . August was a busy month for Rase Anne at Pioneer however we participated in our 4th "Dublin IRISH FEST 5k" . . . . on August 1st. . . . August 10th, travelled to Indy to meet Joe and Judy and attend the Drum Corps International Finals . . . then on August 25th, (day after my 69th) Rose Anne and I ran our 4th "EMERALD CITY QUARTER MARATHON" with good results! Sadly, August ended with the passing of our beloved Butler Bulldog Mascot, BLUE II.
