March 16 "Top o' the mornin!" Rosie and I started St. Patty's weekend with 701 runners and walkers at the Flannagan St. Patrick Day 5K.  Rosie's all time BEST ...34:39 at 11:11 pace. "Pretty special". 33-68 in Age Group. I had a 10:20 pace-32:01 finish. She was right behind me. Fun race w/ lots of "Green"!

March 13, 2013 . . . "HABEMUS PAPAM" . . Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio . . Pope Francis I . . . 4th Ballot!

Old man Winter wasn't quite finished . . . spring may be right around the corner and we are reminded to "Spring forward" this Sunday to DST . . . however, Mother Nature covered us in a "blanket of white", overnight Tuesday. 5+ inches of heavy snow reminded us that winter isn't quite over! 

03-02-13 . . . Cara came to Lewis Center to shop and celebrate! Mother and daughter enjoyed a shopping day Friday. I joined them for dinner at Medallion followed by a birthday celebration with a Suisse Shop, Almond cake with butter cream icing and raspberry ganache filling . . . yummmmm. Saturday we ventured to Cheryl Cookies' annual warehouse sale . . . along with thousands of others!!!!!!  Good time and great visit!
