Cara came to Columbus last weekend to help us celebrate St. Patty's Day . . . however, she pasted on the "corned beast and cabbage" Bob & Marsha helped us with that traditional Irish fare.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Rose Anne and I finished the Flannagan's Dublin St. Patrick's Day 5K Saturday with 756 runners in their "finest green"! Rose Anne ran a personal best of 35:33; an 11:28 pace and a 10:48 fist mile finished 14 of 31 in her age group. I completed the 5K in 29:48; 9:39 pace and felt good about the finishing 361 of the 756 runners! We opted for an Einstein bagel at the finish instead of the green beer!
